YOUR ROLE

As a recruiter, your mission will be to attract and select top talents from the Information Technology field:
• Write and publish job offers on various websites
• Source and vet candidates through specific search tools
• Prescreen candidates.
• Manage candidates applications and their follow-up during the recruitment process
• Keep internal recruiting tools up to date
• Participate in candidate interviews


YOUR PROFILE

You are currently a Master's student preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Sales or equivalent topics.
You are currently looking for a long term internship to complete your degree.

• You have a strong interest in Recruitment/HR and a real team spirit
• With good interpersonal skills and open-mindedness, you can help reveal candidates soft skills
• You own excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• You enjoy new technologies and social medias
• You are proficient with MS Office, especially MS Word
• You pay attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills
• You are fluent in English and French
• Car and driving license are highly recommended
