The French Academy DC MD VA, LLC is a small French school located in Alexandria (VA) and Washington DC. Our mission is to provide the very highest quality French language instruction in order to help people become better global citizens. We create a fun and friendly environment that immerses students in the language and culture, ensuring students learn French effectively and quickly. We offer private lessons, group classes for adults and children, as well as for corporations.

We are looking for volunteers or interns for volunteer work / unpaid internship to help our team with digital marketing, communication with current or potential students, or with our French classes.

Tasks:
- Help with our email responses, our newsletter
- Update and boost our social media websites: X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and blogs.
- Help us to communicate our classes in classifieds, forums, social media
- Assist with our event marketing (Meetups, French cuisine, book reading club, …)
- Assist with our classes: setting of rooms, class observation, preparation of materials.
- Help with videos and pictures of our classes.

Qualifications:
● Computer proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Knowledge of various social media and marketing tools including Facebook, Instagram, X, Linkedin, YouTube, etc.
● Good written English, must be able to write class descriptions, and emails to contacts.
● Interested in education
● Excellent French skills (advanced or native).
